This means you can assign your policy to any service provider of your choice.

If cremation was your loved one’s choice, we offer our onsite Magnolia Cremation Suite for a private family gathering or viewing before the cremation process. Additionally, we have a wide selection of cremation urns available that will meet the preferences your loved one chose previously.

Existing policyholders simply need to change the assignee to Callaway-Jones, a process our office can facilitate in just a few minutes. Once this adjustment is made, we will honor all stipulations outlined in your policy. If a church funeral was originally requested at a church in their hometown, and you are now members of a local church here, we can assist you in contacting your church to check their availability for the service at a date and time of your choosing.



We offer a selection of caskets that closely match the specifications in your contract, including color, decoration, and other details. Additionally, if military honors are part of your senior's plan, all we require is their DD-214 form. We will handle all arrangements with the veterans group to ensure military honors are appropriately rendered during the service. Our commitment is to provide you with a seamless experience, ensuring that every detail aligns with your loved one's final wishes.
