May 26, 1949 ~ November 9, 2022

Born in: Savannah , Georgia
Resided in: Hilltop Lakes, Texas

Lola Louise Feola, 73, was born to Levy and Lola Howard in Savannah, Georgia.
She passed peacefully in her sleep at home in Hilltop Lakes, Texas.
Lola fought hard her last few years with debilitating cancer and a blood disease.

Lola married her soul mate, James A. Feola Sr. in South Carolina in 1977.
After many years of military life and travel, the family settled in Bryan/College Station.
After working in the community for many years, she retired to enjoy her hobbies of gardening, sewing, crocheting, and jigsaw puzzles.
After her husbands retirement from Texas A&M, they settled into the quiet country life of Hilltop Lakes.

She was most happy having large family gatherings, visits from her grand childrens families, and taking care of her puppies.

She was a loving mother that put her family needs above her own.
She loved sharing stories of growing up, and being the family historian.
She will be loved and missed greatly.

Lola was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Martha L. Lee, her son Billy Martin,
and her puppy Pee Wee.

She is survived by her husband, a daughter: Lola M. Huebner, a son: Raymond Rosati, two step-children: James Feola Jr and Debra Wacasey, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren, and her dog Bandit.

  3. I worked at First City National Bank with Lola in the early 1980’s, when it was still on Texas Ave. She and I would get to work early and meet for coffee before work in the break room. I always enjoyed talking with her. She was a wise and compassionate person. I thank God for her life.
