Lois Fay Coneley, 84, of Iola, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022, in College Station. Graveside service is scheduled for 1 pm, Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Martin’s Prairie Cemetery. Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers. Bryan-College Station.

Lois Fay Meier was born to Herman Leo and Ella Olga Wolff Meier on January10, 1938 in Washington County, Texas. Lois loved living in the country. She sold eggs and had a small vegetable garden which she enjoyed. She loved to fish and spent many of hours fishing with her mother at the home place. She really loved her home in the country.

She is preceded by her parents and husband, Carroll C. Conely; brother, Darby L. Meier and sister-in-law, Pamela Meier.

Survivors include her sister, Guydene and husband Ronnie Moon; nephews Patrick Moon and his son, Dylan Moon, Kevin Meier; his niece Kim Weiser.

Guydene, Ronnie & Patrick – Our loved ones are never far away as we always have our memories of them & carry their love in our heart. I know she enjoyed her work history at the bank in downtown Bryan and especially living out in the country. I know that Lois is enjoying seeing her mother, Ella & brother Darby not to mention her wonderful Savior in heaven. May the comforting peace of God be yours. I extend my love & prayers to all of you.
