Ann was born in Provo, Utah to Elmer Miller and Rosella Storrs Miller. Ann graduated from Brigham Young University with degrees in Psychology and Nursing. Shortly after college she met her husband Charles Bledsoe and they were married on August 24,1957 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were married for 63 years, together they had 5 children, and raised them in Austin, Texas.

Ann was a dedicated and caring wife and mother. She was an English teacher then worked at the Austin Diagnostic Clinic for many years. She then was a Real Estate agent for over 25 years. Before retirement she worked as a Manager at Motel 6 and traveled around to different states with her husband.

She loved dancing and snow skiing as she was growing up in Utah. She also loved to read and watch golf, especially when Jack Nicklaus or Phil Mickelson was playing. She loved BYU football and learned to love the Texas Longhorns after living in Texas for so long. She cherished her family and her church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Ann passed away on October 5 in Richardson, Texas at the age of 90.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband Charles, her son David and her parents Elmer and Rosella Miller. Along with her three sisters, Merline, Dorothy, Mildred, and brother Lowell.

She is survived by her daughters Kimberly Burns, Ginger Morgan, sons Richard Bledsoe, Charlie Bledsoe Jr and wife Laurel Bledsoe. Also survived by grandchildren Tim Morgan, Stephanie Baker and husband Kevin Baker, Derek Bledsoe, Emilee Bledsoe, Elizabeth Araujo, Lacy Young, James Pearson and five great grandchildren including Rylee and Tyler Morgan, Taylor and Colton Baker, and Poppy Diane Young. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, including her niece Norleen Cross who was very special to her.

Graveside service is scheduled for 11am, Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Ten Mile Cemetery, 7610 FM2289, Normangee, Texas. Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers, Bryan-College Station.

  1. Mrs. Bledsoe was a very kind and sweet lady. I have known her for almost 50 years and always enjoyed talking with her. She will be missed so much. Rest in peace now.
