I just learned of Lowell’s passing today. I wanted to send my condolences and joy for such a special friend. I worked with Lowell at Central Texas Hardware as a teenager. I very much loved talking with him. I have thought and prayed for him many times over the years. I know heaven is BLESSED even more with such a great addition. I pray all of you find peace in his memories and legacy.
