Our staff is courteous and understanding. Our facilities are brand new, contemporary, comfortable and peaceful. Our services are handled with honor and respect. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our services or facility offerings, we will reduce or eliminate the charge. We are the only funeral home in the area to offer this guarantee.
Funeral and Cremation costs can be very confusing. Often times other funeral homes quote what seems like a low price, but actually they do not give you the complete costs and there will be hidden add on charges after you have chosen to utilize their services. We have made it easier to understand by creating our No Hidden Fee Guarantee!

I remember Miss Sybil fondly from my youth in Ruston at First Baptist Church. She was a dear friend of my step-grandmother (Katherine Charles) as well as my parents (Printess and Iris Charles). What I remember most is how much of a true LADY Miss Sybil was. News of her passing fills my heart with sadness but I know she is with her Heavenly Father. Blessings to her family.
