Roscoe was one of the most amazing men I have ever met in my life. He was strong but very caring. He loved animals. My dog ( Carlos) would go crazy when he was coming to visit. He loved Roscoe. He also loved the treats he got from the refrigerator. I felt like I could talk to him about anything. I felt like he was the brother I never had. I know I will see him someday. He will be truly missed!!!!
