Ronal Paul “Ronnie” Rodriquez
April 19, 1960 – September 16, 2015

Ronnie Rodriquez, 55, of Bryan, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in Bryan. Ronnie’s family invites you to join them during visiting hours from 6 to 8pm on Friday, September 18, 2015 at St. Michael’s Chapel, 2402 South College Ave at the corner of Williamson Drive and South College Ave. Life Tribute Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.

Ronnie was born to Jessie and Eufemia Gonzales Rodriquez in Bryan on April 19, 1960. He attended school in Bryan but went to work early in life as a floor and carpet installer. He was well respected by his employers for his dedicated hard work. Ronnie enjoyed life to the fullest sharing his musical talents here in Bryan and surrounding area as a member of the Tierra Mala Band. He played the drums and most every instrument given to him. Although he never married in life he embraced all his family as his own. Ronnie’s brothers and sisters would like to express their sincere gratitude to their aunt Rita Rodriquez Perez for the unconditional love she gave to Ronnie. He lived with aunt Rita for a number of years and they shared a unique aunt and nephew relationship as mother and son.

Preceding him in death are his parents, his brothers Bobby, Larry, and Eddie Joe Rodriquez.

Ronnie ROdriquez2He is survived by his siblings Jessie Rodriquez and wife Connie, his sisters Dora Acosta and husband Mike, Diane Rodriquez and husband Martin Lopez, and Julie Ramirez and husband Raymond; his numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and very close friends.
