William Mason Housley

William Mason Housley, 20, passed away December 1, 2022, in Waco, Texas.  A Memorial and Celebration of Life Service will be held at Callaway-Jones Funeral Center beginning at noon on Saturday, December 10, 2022. Live streaming will be available beginning at 11:55am for those unable to attend.

Mason was born September 27, 2002 in Bryan to Gary Allen and Nancy Elizabeth (White) Housley. Mason was unquestionably loyal to his family and friends. He had a natural ability to make everyone laugh and had an uncanny ability to lighten up the mood in a room and his unfiltered take on any situation was never in question. His “happy place” was in the batting cages and on the baseball field and some of his favorite sounds were the sound of a ball hitting the sweet spot on a wooden bat and the crunch his spikes made on a freshly prepared field. He graduated from Bryan High School in 2021 and was a proud member of the Viking Baseball team.  Mason attended TSTC where he was studying to become a diesel mechanic.

Mason is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Neil and Peggy Virginia White.

He is survived by his parents, Gary Allen and Nancy Elizabeth Housley; his brother and sister-in-law, Jared Andrew and Sarah Housley; grandparents Andy and Aaronette Housley and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Still Creek Ranch Christian Academy, 6055 Hearne Road, Bryan, Texas 77807.
