Thomas Elmer Bardrick, Jr.

Thomas Bardrick Jr. “TE”, 93, of College Station, Texas, formerly of Fort Smith, AR, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, in College Station. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am, with the Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 11 am, Monday, July 11, 2022, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, 1820 North B Street, Fort Smith, AR. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow immediately at Fort Smith National Cemetery. Services are in the care of Edwards Funeral Home and Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers, Bryan-College Station.

Tom was born on October 4, 1928, to Thomas Elmer Bardrick Sr. and Lydia Bates Bardrick, in Fort Smith. Upon graduation from high school, he entered college then left to serve his country in the United States Army serving in the Korean War. Tom married his forever love and mother of his children Catherine Frances Bender, “Mitzi” on January 12, 1951. They shared 71 years of Holy Matrimony welcoming four children to this blessed and beautiful union: Suzanne, Michael, Chris, and Carrie. Tom worked for McKesson Pharmaceuticals for 35 years.

His parents: Thomas Elmer and Lydia, his brother, Bob Bardrick, and great grandson, Grayson Bobo, all precede Tom in death.

His legacy continues through his wife, Mitzi Bardrick; his children, Suzanne and husband, Deacon Pat Gallagher, Michael and wife Michele Bardrick, Chris Bardrick, and Carrie Slatton-Hodges and husband Jay Hodges; his eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; his brother Bill and wife Gayle Bardrick; and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be given to St. Boniface Catholic Church, 1820 North B Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
