Spruiell Bosley, Jr.

Spruiell Bosley Jr, (better known as JR) was born August 25, 1932, and passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023, in Bryan. Visitation will be from 10am, to service time at 11am, Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at the funeral center. Interment will follow at Peach Creek Cemetery. Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers, Bryan-College Station.

JR was preceded in death by his parents, Spruiell Bosley Sr. and Louvenia Bosley; wife Lois Jean Bosley; sister Shirley Barrow; brother Donald Ray Bosley; and great granddaughter Chelsi Lyn Taska.

JR and Lois Bosley were married for 71 years and are survived by their daughter Dianne Peschke and husband Everett, of Ruidoso, New Mexico; son Rick Bosley and wife Debbie of Bryan, Tx; son Ron Bosley and wife Vickie, of Bryan, Tx; his six grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request all memorial contributions be donated to the Brazos Valley Cowboy Church, 7300 East State Highway 21, Bryan, Texas 77808
