Orvil “Kenneth” Ebert, 85 of Bryan passed away on June 3, 2023 at his home surrounded in love. He was born on July 25, 1937 in Cloutierville, Louisiana to Henry and Pearl Ebert.
Upon graduating high school, Kenneth moved to Texas and later joined the military where he served two years in the Army. After his time in the military, he spent most of his life being a house painter where he was very successful and went on to retire in 1988.
Kenneth was a devoted husband and provider to his family for almost 62 memorable years. After his retirement, his hobbies included many hours of fishing alongside the love of his life, Susie. Deer hunting was also another activity he liked to do in his pastime, he truly loved the outdoors.
Kenneth is preceded in death by both his parents, sister, and brother. He is survived by his wife Susie Putz Ebert, son Allen, sister Nelda Ebert, two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Services for Kenneth will be held on June 9, 2023 at Callaway-Jones Funeral Center in Bryan, TX. Visitation and rosary will begin at 10 a.m., Funeral Service to follow at 11 a.m., with Burial at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery following.
