Nancy Arnall

Nancy Diane Arnall, born on October 7, 1946, in Borger, Texas, passed away on March 14, 2023. She was the seventh of seven children born to Charlie McDougle and Ruth (Corder) McDougle.

Nancy moved to Bryan, Texas, in 1973 with her son Jack, and since then, she held a total of five jobs. From 1973 to 1974, she worked at The Eagle, from 1974 to 1982 at Butler Building Products, from 1982 to 1993 at Brazos Valley Lumber, from 1993 to 2005 at Bryan Paint and Glass, and from 2006 onwards at Buddy’s Appliance.

Nancy is survived by her son Jack Arnall and wife Lori (Blum) Arnall, granddaughter Jamie Batten and husband Blake, and great-granddaughter Aubree. She is also survived by sisters Cloyce Gibbons and Beverly Navarrette, brother JB McDougle and wife Mary Jane, and brother-in-law James Hamilton. Additionally, Nancy had best friends Kent Mischel and Kaye Ball.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband James “Jim” Arnall, her parents, and sisters Charlene Blackburn, LaJoy McDougle, and Peggy Hamilton.

Nancy had a passion for Elvis Presley, the Texas Longhorns, had hundreds of pairs of earrings, and watched the Wheel of Fortune daily. She was a dedicated employee who loved her friends, family, and co-workers.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
