James Lowell Clark

May 8, 1934 — November 12, 2022

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of James Lowell Clark from Livingston, Texas. He passed on November 12, 2022, at Pine Ridge Health Center in Livingston, Texas, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Lowell was born from Dixie Martin and Alton Otha Clark on May 8, 1934, in Lufkin, Texas. Lowell graduated from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches with a master’s degree in music and after serving in the National Guard, embarked on a long and successful career in music education.

Lowell is survived by his wife, Kathryn; his daughter, Camille and her sons Jaden, Jordan & Julian; his son, Mitchell and his wife Pam and their daughter Rainey; his sister Annette Owen; his half-brother Kaylan Clark; his step sister Suzanne Parker; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 4th, at Pearls In The Pines located at 397 State Highway 156 in Pointblank, TX from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. Please RSVP at this link: http://evite.me/8FmrwPtVBv
