Hsujeng Liu, born on December 19, 1951, in Taipei, Taiwan, peacefully passed away on December 8, 2023. He was the beloved son of Ting-Wen Liu and Tuan-Jung Chang Liu, coming from a loving family that instilled in him a deep appreciation for academia.
