Elizabeth Ann Borski Hudson passed away unexpectedly at her home in Brazos County, Texas on September 23, 2023. She was 82.
Elizabeth was born April 18, 1941 in Anderson, Texas to Lee Borski and Lonnie Fridye Borski. She graduated from Smiley High School in Houston, Texas. After high school she attended business school and worked as a secretary/administrative assistant for many years. She married her husband of 61 years, Bobby Glenn Hudson on February 3rd, 1962 in Humble, Texas.
She was a wonderful, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She was a great hostess, often opening her home to friends and family. Her kitchen was always full of delicious food, much of which she grew or canned herself. Her family all agreed her fried catfish could not be beat.
She was competitive and loves a good game of cards or dominoes. Occasionally, she would let you win. In her earlier years, she enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling. Her yard and house were her pride and joy. She spent many hours taking care of it all, making it beautiful and inviting. She was treasurer of the Brazos Valley A’s Model A Car Club, where she enjoyed touring and fellowship with the members.
