Deborah Jean Herman

Deborah Jean Herman, 66, of Bryan, Texas passed away on November 14, 2024 peacefully in her home. There will be a visitation held on Monday, November 18, 2024 from 5-7 pm at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan. A funeral service will be held at the same location on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 10 am with burial to follow at Old Smetana Cemetery.
Deborah was born on January 3, 1958 in Bryan, Texas and graduated from College Station High School consolidated.
Debbie worked for the Bryan Post Office for 35 years in which she retired from later on. Debbie’s retirement has been filled with joyful moments with her grandchildren. She loved to hunt, fish at the Brazos River, cook, and go on her gambling trips.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents Alfon and Nina Quitta and grandchildren Matthew and Justin Herman.
Debbie is survived by her husband J.D. Herman, son Michael Herman and wife LeeAnn Herman, her two sisters Diane Lueckemeyer and Pamela Quitta Hitt, and grandchildren Walker and Peyton Herman.
