Cody Alan Menn

October 30, 1997 — October 19, 2022

Cody Alan Menn went to be with Jesus, his Lord and Savior, on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Services will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Christ Church, formally Christ United Methodist Church, in College Station, Texas.   Cremation services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers, Bryan-College Station.

He was born on October 30, 1997, in College Station, Texas, to Darren and Mary Menn.  He was a proud big brother, special nephew, favorite cousin, and dear friend to so many.  He lived a life of faith, with a heart of gold.  He was baptized and confirmed at Christ United Methodist Church and wore his cross around his neck from that day forward.  He had a servant’s heart and would do anything for anyone without question.

At a very young age, he had a love for the outdoors.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved going camping with his family.  You would often find him outside with his dogs, with whom he shared a special bond.  Cody was an amazing athlete with a passion for baseball and loved watching the Astros.

After graduating from College Station High School, he attended Blinn College earning his certification in air conditioning and refrigeration and went to work alongside his father for Menn Service Company.  He enjoyed getting up early to watch the sunrise before starting his day.

Cody is preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Betty Klodginski of Houston, Texas; grandfather, Garner Menn of College Station, Texas.

He is survived by his parents, Darren and Mary Menn of College Station, Texas; sister, Krista Menn of College Station, Texas; Grandmother, Coece Menn of College Station, Texas; God parents Amy and Alan Klodginski of Houston, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He had so many family members, friends and wonderful customers who loved him.  Cody will be missed everyday by all who knew him, but we know we will see him again in Heaven.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating In Memory of Cody to Christ Church at 4201 Texas 6 Frontage Rd College Station, Texas 77845.
