Charlene Worthington, 66, sadly left us on March 2, 2024. She was born in Toledo, Ohio but resided in BCS, Texas the last 42 years. She has always considered herself a Texan.
Charlene was a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan, she loved to play bingo, listen to music, and ride around in her scooter. She was always happy, even though she was born disabled; she never let that stop her from enjoying this life.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Joy Worthington, a sister, Cheryl Owensby, three brothers, Roy Glenn, Troy, and Randy Worthington. She is survived by one son, two daughters, Elisa Lopez, and Lori (Toribio Rueda, Jr) Worthington, 7 Grandchildren, Christina Castillo, Timothy(Clarissa) Castillo, Miranda Vasquez, Shyanne(Juan) Lozano, Taylor Vasquez(Christian), Domingo Castillo,III, and Anthony Rueda. She has 7 great grandbabies. She is also survived by 1 sister, Patricia (Ted) Smith, 2 brothers, Johnny and Rollie Worthington, and a sister in law, Ellen Worthington. She has several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Services will be Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Center, 3100 S. College Ave in Bryan. Public visitation will be from 5:30 pm to 6:20 P.M Service to immediately follow.
