Charlene Elizabeth Ellisor

Charlene Ellisor, 75, of College Station, TX passed away November 4, 2024 with family at her bedside after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. Charlene was born on December 5, 1948 in Wharton, TX to C.L. and Ailene Smith and graduated from Van Vleck High School.

Charlene was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband Norman Ellisor, father C.L. Smith and her mother Ailene Smith. Survivors include her daughter Stacey Jackson and husband Greg, daughter Angela Ramsey and husband Tim, grandchildren Dustin Jackson, Danielle Gilbert and husband Seth, Makenzie Ramsey, Stormie Ramsey, and Piper Ramsey along with 4 great-grandchildren and many beloved close friends and cousins.

Charlene grew up in rural South Texas and was a twirler in high school. She went on to work in the accounting field and retired from Texas A&M Agrilife. After retirement, Charlene devoted her time to her genealogy, DAR, and serving Peace Lutheran Church. She was a friend, confidante, and mentor to many and will be missed dearly.

There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, November 9 at 10:30 am at Peace Lutheran Church in College Station, TX.
