Our beloved Brett passed away suddenly on March 6 and our hearts are thoroughly broken. He was a good man, a wonderful husband, a beloved son, a loving father and a loyal friend. We will be having a Celebration of His Life on April 3, 2023,from 4 to 6 PM at Callaway Jones in Bryan, Texas. His ashes will remain with his family.
Brett had a grumpy Yankee exterior that sheltered a sweet, funny, gentle soul. He loved his family with all of his heart. Brett was born in Waltham, Massachusetts and according to his mother, Marty, he was an avid reader, who could fix anything. If he didn’t know how, he’d learn or figure it out. Brett moved to his adopted home state of Texas in 2017 with his wife, Kristin. They met in the ER in Framingham Massachusetts. He was security, she was a nurse. They were best, friends first, and then soulmates. They hand-fasted on 11/23/19 and married on 11/23/20 at the Riverwalk in San Antonio. He will always be the love of her life. Brett loved life on his farm, and especially his dogs. He was a good neighbor, and always willing to lend a hand. Brett was a quiet, but strong and gentle man who gave the best hugs. He had a wicked sense of humor and his sarcasm was legendary. His smile and laugh were contagious, and he’s so loved being a smart-ass. Incredibly stubborn, but loyal and fiercely protective of those he cared about. We will miss him more than words can express and love him always.
Brett is survived by his wife- Kristin McAllister Anderson, his mother- Marty Anderson, his three children- Nicholas, Elizabeth and Abigail, and his step children- Kaylin, Haley, Devin, and Corey.
Until we meet again, my love, I will always hold you in my heart. I miss you like crazy, sweetheart.
I love you with all of my heart-
Kristin, Your Mrs. Anderson
