Tasha was born on April 2, 1971, to Lawrence K. and Billye Self Sherrill, in Houston, Texas. Tasha graduated from Waller High School and Lamar University. After graduation, she became a Licensed Dental Hygienist and worked for Dr. Grant Wolfe Dental Office in College Station. She met the love of her life Jason Bienski and they married on June 10, 1995. Tasha joined her husband, Jason, in the Real Estate business, managing various rental real estate companies. Tasha was a faithful volunteer at St. Joseph’s Catholic School, in Bryan, Texas, and attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. She was a diehard Aggie, always enjoying and attending athletic events with her family and friends. Tasha never met a person she didn’t like. She always enjoyed her weekly lunches with her Hygienist friends and had a contagious smile and personality that lit up every room she entered. Tasha loved to travel, cruise, and enjoyed her casino trips with her close family and friends. Her favorite slot machine was the “Buffalo.” She took delight in spending time at her Lake House on Lake Conroe and enjoyed riding on the boat with her dogs and drinking her frozen margaritas. She loved her animals, especially her beloved dogs- Buddy, Bandit, Bella, Gizmo, and her Grand-dog, Tucker. Although she was never very interested in politics, Tasha enjoyed serving Bryan as its First Lady, while Jason served as Mayor. She was a loving wife, daughter, and mother, who was always there for her daughters, Becca and Bryn. Tasha lived her short life to the absolute fullest, with no regrets, loving all her many friends and family, and continuously enjoying the times they spent together. Tasha will be missed by all!

Becca, I am very sorry for your loss. Your mom was always the sweetest. I have such great memories of her when we were at St. Joseph, Halloween and both lake houses. Words cannot express our sorrow at the loss of your beautiful Tasha. She lit up the room with her smile, because it radiated from her heart. Wes and I have been and will continue to lift your whole family up in prayer as you navigate the days ahead. May God bless and comfort you all, and may Tasha’s sweet soul rest in peace in the arms of our Father in Heaven.
I I am sorry I was out of state when Bienski family suffered loss of Tasha and honored her with memorial services. In such sadness even a late note of loving may be of some comfort. May you all find peace in 2023.
