Richard O’Neal, 70, of Houston, Texas peacefully passed away on March 8, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Richard was fiercely passionate about love, freedom and family. He dedicated his life to caring for his wife, raising his daughter and eventually cherishing his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Richard was a strong, kind, loving, and supportive father. His knowledge and guidance was the foundation of his family. His decedents have gone on to pursue careers in education and the arts.

Richard leaves behind a legacy, or in his words, a village. No services will be held at this time and the family requests no donations or flowers be sent.
