Richard Gilbert Jr.

Richard was a honors graduate of Bryan High School (Class of 2014). After graduation, he obtained his CDL and started RichFlava Trucking LLC he enjoyed traveling, watching sports, and he was a true sneaker head. He loved spending time with his girlfriend Simone Chatham and their dogs Roxy and Cash.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers Dorothy McGee and Barbara Dennis.

Richard leaves cherished memories to his loving parents Richard and Tiffany Gilbert, sisters Jamaycia Smith (Gabe), Breasia Gilbert, and brother Tremar Gilbert.
Richard had 3 nieces Aubree Gilbert, Gracelynn Smith, Madilynn Smith and 1 nephew Tremar Gilbert all of whom he loved dearly.

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing at the Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan at 11:00 am on Monday, September 5, 2022. Funeral Services will be held at 1pm at the same location. Burial Services to follow at the Bryan City Cemetery.
