Refugia Adame Sanchez, 85 of Bryan passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024 surrounded by her family. She was born to Felipe and Petra Adame in Hindes, Texas on April 26, 1938.
Refugia is survived by six children, Fernando Gutierrez Jr. and wife Christina, Rose Miranda Saldana, Herardo Gutierrez, Concepcion Hernandez and husband Roger, Ruth Buckingham and husband Brad, and Bartholomew Gutierrez; 27 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sisters, Petra Mata and Jesusa Ortegon.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernardo Sanchez Jr., parents, Felipe and Petra Adame; infant son, Richard Gutierrez; infant daughter, Ruth Gutierrez; brothers, Roberto Adame, George Adame, and Felipe Adame Jr.; sisters, Olivia Valenzuela and Solia Ramirez.
A Celebration of Life Service will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, April 27, 2024 at New Hope Church in Pearsall, Texas.
