Patricia Jackson
Patricia Gail (Hodges) Jackson beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully after a tough battle with dementia at the age of 66. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service at 2pm on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Callaway-Jones in Bryan, Texas. Private interment to follow in Flynn, Texas.
Patricia (Trisha) was born on August 26, 1956 to Norman and Willie Maude (Jeter) Hodges in Houston, Texas. Trisha enjoyed a simple upbringing along with her 8 brothers and sisters. in the early 1980s she met the love of her life, her “Honey Bunny,” Gary C. Jackson. Together they blended their families on June 20, 1983 when they married. Throughout her life, Trisha devoted all of her love and attention to her family, finding time to be sure and watch her midday “stories” here and there. Her role as “Gamma” to her four grandchildren was her most cherished of all. Trisha had a dynamic and feisty personality which will be deeply missed by all those that knew her.
Trisha is preceded in death by her parents Norman and Willie Maude Hodges; husband Gary Jackson; brother Mickle Hodges; brother James Lynn Hodges; great niece Jillian Owens; brother in law Charlie Collins; a great niece Shannon Hardin; and brother in law Bill Crouch.
Trisha leaves to treasure her memories a daughter, Jamie Jackson and husband Jason; a son, Michael Hodges; a stepson, Arron Jackson; four grandchildren, Addison Henson and husband Emanuel, Kyle Jackson, Brady and Reagan Hodges; one great granddaughter, Everleigh Henson; three brothers; Tommy Gene Hodges, Donald Ray Hodges, Billy Frank Hodges and wife Debbie; three sisters, Phyllis Hope Sheppard and husband Dan, Nannette Hodges Crouch, and Cheryl Kay Collin; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Sending you my condolences during this difficult time. Having to bid farewell to any family member or friend is never an easy task. May you find some comfort in knowing Patricia has found the peace in walking across the bridge with her Savior to meet those who have been awaiting her arrival. When you feel a gentle breeze brush your cheek, remember your sister is with you as she dances among the clouds.
