Parviz was born on September 14, 1942 in Iran to Taghi and Safi Vessali. He was the oldest of three boys. He studied architecture in Florence, Italy where he met the love of his life, Chantal. Together, they immigrated to the United States in 1967 to pursue the American dream.
Throughout the years Parviz’s professional interests were related to anything that touched land, construction, or design. He practiced architecture and ran a business building scale models in Houston. He designed nationwide office spaces for a Wall Street firm in NY and ran a construction company. He then spent over 28 years as a Real Estate Broker and investor in College Station/Bryan.
Parviz was proud to be an American and a Texan. He could often be found at City Hall Council meetings championing property rights before Council or working with staff on behalf of clients. He spent time and effort recruiting and supporting the next generation of conservative political candidates and he tirelessly encouraged his clients and fellow business community members to participate in the political process.
Parviz was devoted to his wife Chantal and daughter Elianor. As a family, they enjoyed many trips and adventures across Europe and the Middle East. Parviz was especially delighted when his daughter Elianor finally returned to College Station to join him in running their family real estate business.
He was preceded in death by his brother Kambiz and his parents Mr. Taghi Vessali and Mrs. Safi Modaressi Rohani.
He is survived by his wife Chantal and his daughter Elianor, of College Station; brother Bijan and wife Fahimeh, of Iran; uncle Majid and his wife Ingrid, of Austria.

Parviz was my great friend. We met when he came with Chantal to Houston, so I knew him for over 50 years! All of the Vessali’s were my family’s special friends and we all will miss him sorely.
What a great friend Parvis has been over all these years. I always enjoyed our visits and we helped each other with real estate as we needed. I know he will be greatly missed.
I met Parviz in 2012 . I had just moved to Bryan. Rafael introduced me to Parviz . Since I wanted to invest and buy a houses…Both Great investors. I was very fortunate to have a chance to learn about real state from Parviz. He helped me Every way He could no matter how small it was. He would always answer my calls or call me right back. Parviz helped me to get approved for my first house, then my 2nd n my 3rd. He was such a Great person , I could count on him Every time. I’m going to miss his knowledge and advice because every time I would call him He Always had Something to share with me. The last words He spoke with me at our last meeting. He said “Deniro when I met You were just another person,,”..Now You some body! You have made a name for Yourself. I’m proud of You! You will be missed Parviz. My condolences to the Family. I always enjoyed seeing and talking to Parviz at Chamber events and candidate forums. He always gave me a warm smile and a handshake, he will certainly be missed by many including me.
I give my sincere condolences to Chantal and Elianor. No one was ever more proud of a daughter than Parviz was of Elianor.
Our deepest sympathies go out to dear Chantal and Elianor, and the rest of Vessali’s family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
Aujourd’hui, nous te souhaitons à nouveau un beau voyage, Parviz.
Toutes mes tendres pensées et mon affection pour Chantal et Elianor.
Parvis was so professional and cordial in my dealings with him. A true gentleman. My thoughts are with his family.
Sending our love and prayers to Chantal and Elianor.
To Chantal: We never met but I heard about you during some of our visits.
To Elianor: We met once at your office. I always enjoyed hearing about you and your success stories through life from your father who was very (deservedly) proud of you.
My best wishes for you both.
Peace be with you and your family.
So sorry to hear about Parviz. Apologies for missing the service as we were out of town until late this afternoon. Parviz, Chantal, and Elianor have always been very kind to us, and very welcoming, from the time we first moved to College Station in 2004. He will be missed. A huge resource lost.
