John (“Jay”) Collins Holloway II, 57, from Bryan, TX, died unexpectedly October 9, 2021, at Houston Methodist Hospital of Clear Lake, Nassau Bay TX. John was born December 26, 1963, in Bloomington, Illinois, whom was the son of Paul David Holloway from Indianapolis, Indiana (both parents predeceased) and Sadie (Murphy) Kathleen Holloway from Savannah, Georgia. In addition, his Grandparents (both predeceased) John C. Holloway from Indianapolis; Indiana, Eleanor B. Holloway, from Indianapolis; Indiana. Surviving in addition; is his only Brother, David “Mason” Holloway from Quesnel, British Columbia, Canada, and partner Joanne partner Morgan-Reis, (Retired Nurse), and his two daughter’s Tayler Katelyn Haley Holloway (Niece) and her son (Nephew) Rider Dillen Mason Holloway, and Haley Alexis Sara (Niece) Holloway, from Bellingham, Washington, and Step-Brother Paul David Holloway Jr., from Miami, Florida, and Step-Sister Kathy Holloway and her nine children from Miami, Florida.

“Jay” loved getting involved from organizations at one time in his life, with The ARC of Bryan-College Station, TX, Special Olympics playing Bocce, TX, Bowling Buddies of Bryan-College Station, TX, doing crossword puzzles, watching movies and cartoons, especially watching hundreds of times, “The Wizard Of OZ,” eating out at Golden Corral, creating poems, telling jokes, reading the Bible, and being with his Special Needs Friends at many events.

Service of remembrance will be Wednesday October 27, 2021, at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home, 3001 South College Ave, Bryan, Texas. The services will start as; Viewing to be held at 5PM – 6PM, Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6PM. The family suggests to those who wish to remember “Jay” in a special way, may provide flowers to the funeral home or leave gifts in his memory (John C. Holloway) at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home. Arrangements by Callaway-Jones Funeral Home, 3001 S. College Ave., Bryan, TX. Refreshments to follow service
