Joe Bonifazi was born March 19, 1936, in Bryan Texas and lived here all his life. He worked for Stalworth Properties until January 2021. He also ran his ranch feeding cattle and baling hay. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, working with hands and spending time with family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Schram Bonifazi of 36 years, father, Joe H Bonifazi, his mother Angela Bonifazi, his brothers, John Bonifazi, Anthony Bonifazi.

Joe was a great influence to many of his family and friends. He was a man of many trades and had great love for working on his ranch. You could always find Joe at the McDonalds on Hwy 21 having coffee with all his buddies. He never turned away for a chance to play 42. Loved going to Sterling City to hunt those big deer and turkeys. He loved all of his pets. Spoiled his grandchildren to no end. He had a great love for the FFA and 4-H kids by purchasing projects. Loved going to the river to fish with Billy and all the other boys. He enjoyed trapping hogs and selling them. Joe always had to stop by his favorite local businesses to shoot the bull. You could find him out on either a tractor or dozer any time of the day. Joe was a very strong and independent person.

Our Dad is survived by his children: Debra Ann Holl and husband Lee Holl of Huntsville, TX, Billy Ray Bonifazi and fiancé Stephanie Waskow of Kurten, TX; his grandchildren: Gary Lee Holl and Alexis Ann Holl of Huntsville, TX; his siblings: Mary Bonifazi Adams and Albert Bonifazi of Kurten TX, and many loving family and friends.
