Jessica Martinez, 41, of Bryan passed away on April 9, 2024. Jessica was born January 1, 1983 in Houston, Texas to Maria SanJuana Vasquez and Espiridion Dimas. She had 5 sisters and 1 brother.
In April 2008, Jessica met Robert Manuel Reyes on MySpace. They fell in love quickly. Sean Agustine Reyes was born to them September 29, 2009.
Jessica loved to try out new restaurants with Rob . She loved to ride around town and listened to music by Intocable, Selena and Dj Screw. They loved driving to Kema, Texas with their son Sean and spending time as a family together there. Jessica and Rob also had started a new tradition and that was to go to an Astro game every year in Houston to the Minute Made Park because Jessica loved baseball and her favorite team were the Houston Astros. She especially loved watching baseball with her grandpa Juventino. Jessica also loved family gatherings and she adored her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and especially her grandparents Juventino and Agustina Martinez whom raised her as their own daughter. She loved to snack on Hot Cheetos, pickles and chew ice. Jessica loved the pet name, YeJika, that Rob would called her and found it very funny. She laughed everytime he called her that. Jessica was a great mom, wife, sister and aunt. Her smile and sense of humor will be truly be missed by friends and family members.
Jessica is survived by her husband, Rob Reyes; son, Sean Reyes; sisters, Marybel Daniels and husband Ringo Daniels (from mother Maria SanJuana Vazquez), Anabertha Dimas, Karla Rocio Dimas, Veronica Lissette Dimas, Ana Rocio Dimas; brother, Robert Miguel Dimas (from father Espiridion Dimas). She is also survived by her aunt Yolanda Muñoz and husband Camerino Muñoz, uncle Ricardo Martinez and wife Christina Martinez, and aunt Linda Martinez.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Juventino Martinez Sr. & Agustina Martinez, her mother Maria SanJuana Vasquez, and uncle Juventino Martinez Jr.

Thank you for being there, and a good friend (sister) aunt to my daughter Pam and granddaughter Jazzy. Even though
I could not make that one Dr’s appt of trying to turn Jazzy because she was breech, and into emergency c-section, you were right there by her side thru it all. Jazzy loved her some Thia. Rob and Sean, Martinez family you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. It’s gonna be some hard, sad, emptiness, lonely days ahead, put your trust in our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, he will get u thru & give you strength.
