James Roland Mitchell

“There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world.”

Our sweet baby boy, James Roland Mitchell, was born sleeping on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 5:35pm. In November, he was diagnosed with a chromosomal disorder, and although we are saddened that we did not have the opportunity to meet him, we are grateful for the time we had with him throughout the pregnancy.

He was the cherished second child born to Mark and Carrie Bielamowicz Mitchell, who danced with him, spoke to him, and enjoyed time with him during family trips. He was a brother to Annabelle Jane, who read to him, made crafts for him, and sweetly hugged and kissed him. He was a grandson to Fred and Anna Jo Mitchell and Becky Yezak, who continuously showed their love for him.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Roland Bielamowicz.

A private graveside service will be held Friday, April 15.

Mark and Carrie would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Margaret Appleton, nurses Danielle and Carie, and the entire Labor and Delivery team at Scott and White Hospital in College Station for their supportive care during a difficult time. Much appreciation also goes to family and friends for their thoughts, prayers, and unconditional support during the last eight months.
