I will always remember her for her kindness and the beautiful pieces of art she would create with her cakes.
Esther will always have a special place in my heart. We worked together for many years in banking and she was always a team player getting the job done. Her baking skills were phenominal and her co-workers always enjoined what she called scraps, which to us looked like a very elaborate truffle. May she rest in peace. She will be missed.
