Sorry we cannot be there. But thoughts and prayers are with the family. God had called for Billy and wanted him on his team. we are looking up asking him to protect us. as he will. we will always remember the good times we had together Brother-in-law.
We always had fun and laughs when you visited us in Pa. those treasured memories will last a life time..
We will never forget Billy’s hearty laugh and one liners. He always made us laugh. You always felt better after a visit with Billy. We remember the first time he visited with Carol after they got married. When he walked in the door, with his black jacket and black cowboy hat on, Carli pointed to him and said “that’s a cowboy”.
