Amira Molina Capraro

Capraro, Amira Molina. With deep sadness, the family of Amira  Molina Capraro of Bryan, Texas announces her passing on July 11,  2024. Amira was born on August 7, 1931 in Juncos, Puerto Rico.  She married Charles Michael Capraro in New York, New York on  December 8, 1951 . She was a loving wife, dedicated mother, and  loving friend. She was blessed with the presence of mind and, by the God given time, to share stories and wishes with her family and  speak to her dearest friends before her death. Amira is preceded in  death by her husband of 63 years Charles Michael Capraro, her eldest child Maureen Capraro Duffy, her eldest son Richard Capraro. She  continues to live on in her beloved sons Michael Anthony Capraro  and Robert Michael Capraro and her daughter in-law Mary Margaret  Capraro who cared for her, cooked for her, and made her a hot tea every evening, and her constant companion Choco Capraro, her chocolate dachshund. Amira loved gardening, raising orchids, and fig and  lemon trees. We celebrate her life, a life dedicated to her family and  making a difference to someone, every day. Instead of mourning her  passing and in lieu of flowers, please do something nice for a total stranger and say, “Amira sent me”!
