Nellie Jean Daveydied peacefully at the age of 75 on May 25, 2015 in Bryan, Texas.
“Jean” as she was known by most, was born to Arthur and Nellie Voe Morgan May 30, 1939 in Conroe, Texas.
Jean is survived by her children Fred and Patty Hodges of Madisonville, Sandra Reno of Bryan, Mary Wessell of Bryan, and Donald and Valinda Davey of Midlothian; grandchildren Melissa Hodges, Steven Hodges, Kimberly and Josh Cubillos, JC and Morgan Reno, Clint and Amber Reno, Haley Wessell, Tory Rosenfield, Aaron Davey, Cecilia Gurka, and Kinley Davey; great grandchildren Kylin Cubillos, Briley Cubillos, Kodie Wessell, and Cooper Reno.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Dixie Datray, daughter Ruth Ann Hodges, and grandson Jeremy Wessell.
At the request of Mrs. Davey a private family service will be held. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice Brazos Valley at 1600 Joseph St., Bryan, Texas.

Cremation services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory, locally owned in Bryan College Station, Texas.
