Maribel Schumann, 83, formerly of Bryan, of Spring, passed away Saturday, June 8, after a long illness. She will be remember for her love of God, her church, and her many, many friends. A memorial service to commemorate the incredible life of Maribel will be Friday, June 21 at 2PM at Callaway-Jones Funeral Home. Cremation and funeral services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.
Maribel is preceded in death by her parents Marion and June McGeck Oman.
She is survived by her very close and dear friends, Bobbi and Michael Doyle, Gordon Wilhelm, and Dr. Michael Casagrande.

Maribel was a wonderful, vibrant woman, full of life. I am blessed to have known her and had the pleasure of caring for her beloved canine companions. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family as they cope with such a great loss. Maribel, I love you and you will be greatly missed on this earth.
