Kenneth Edward Blair
November 17, 1954 – May 9, 2015
Kenneth Blair, 60, of Bryan, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2015 in Bryan. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be at 6:30pm, Friday, May 22, at St. Michael Academy Chapel, 2402 South College Ave, Bryan. Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home and Crematory.
Kenneth was born to Ralph and Mary Weber Blair in Austin, Texas. Kenneth was a social man always enjoyed his favorite beer, Budweiser. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends telling stories of various natures. Kenneth enjoyed camping and fishing at the Brazos River. He served in the Army for two years until his mother’s health called him back home. He was employed with R. B. Butler Construction as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Kenneth will be remembered best as a loving father, and a good friend to many. Kenneth came to the point in his life where he knew in his heart he needed a conversation for salvation.
He is survived by his sons Kenneth Blair Jr and wife Stacey, Todd Blair and wife Amber, and Michael Blair; grandchildren Mark, Matthew, and Kenadi; his great-granddaughter Skyler; his brothers Edward Blair and wife Carol, and Ricky Blair; his sister Velma Vest; mother of his children Barbara Hejl; numerous other relatives and close friends.
