Dear Charlotte, Your friends at Fair Haven United Methodist Church send our sympathy to you and your family during this time. John was a friend to all and we enjoyed the times with you both, especially during our Fun Bunch trips. Margaret Mills
Mr. Garrett must have been a wonderful man to produce a son like Bill. With Bill’s wife Carie and their children Dillon and Sydney, Bill has been a significant addition to the College Park neighborhood. Their help in time of need and their concern for all those around them has made this a great place to live. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
