Joan H. Cook, 81, most recently of College Station, TX, passed away at Magnified Nursing and Rehab on January 20, 2018. She was born January 9, 1937, in Norwalk, CT, to the late Theodore and Ethel (Bors) Heitman. She grew up in Norwalk, but lived most of her life in South Florida where she married and later divorced from Edward H. Cook (deceased). In 2013, she moved to the Bryan/College Station area to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren. She is survived by one sibling, Carol Confortini, and her daughter, Susan Cook.
