Condolences

  1. Jared and I became good friends about 8 years ago, and I am proud to have called him my friend. Back in 2013 I was set to meet him and other friends after work. Before he and the others arrived at the restaurant, I fell ill and about the time Tucker was arriving I was transported to the hospital and placed in a coma for the next two months. I was then hospitalized for the following 11 months in Bryan and later in Pennsylvania. Jared stayed by my side then and remained close after I was released and had returned to Texas. We had become fast friends in a short time, often meeting at the Kettle or his apartment. I am so sad we parted ways, perhaps a result of being two wildly stubborn Tauruses. My friend suffered great losses in his life, along with great successes. He had a brilliant mind, if not a calculating heart. My friend fell in love with a woman during this time, and lost her love also. He was courted by Texas A&M and Homeland Security. He had a brilliant future ahead, and I am devastated to have heard of his loss this morning. The world is a lesser place without Tucker.

  2. I am sorry for yoir loss. Jared worked for me a few years ago. A very intelligent young man with lots of potential. I haven’t spoken to him in many years but have good memories of him.
