Earline Brunette Meadors, 87, of Bryan went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 16, 2016. She was born in Easterly, Texas on March 6, 1929 to Louis (Louie) and Ola Brunette.
Earline was preceded in death by her son, Michael Meadors; her parents: brothers, Horace, Dutch, Frank, Weldon, and Jack Brunette; and sister, Annie Hanna.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Johnson and husband Ernest, of Bryan; brothers, Charles Brunette and wife Sue, Richard Brunette; sisters, Delma Scasta and husband Bill, Velma Francis and husband Norman; grandchildren, Clint Johnson and wife Brittany, Kyndal Johnson; sister-in-law, Charlene Brunette; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Earline was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She will be greatly missed. Earline was a long time member of Central Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the New Baden Cemetery. All family and friends are welcome. Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers in Bryan College Station, Texas.
Earline’s family wishes to thank the staff at St. Joseph Manor, both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities for their loving care. We are forever grateful for the compassionate, patient, and expert care provided by Hospice Brazos Valley during the last year of her life.
