Derek Leech

Derek Leech, 83, of Bryan, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2012, with his family by his side. A Memorial service celebrating his life is set for 2 p.m., Sunday, September 9, 2012, at A&M United Methodist Church in College Station, with Rev. Jamison Doehring officiating. There is no visitation scheduled.

Derek was born February 3, 1929, in England. Before retiring, he worked as an engineer, and he has lived in Bryan for ten years, moving here from Longview.

He is survived by numerous family members, all whom he loved dearly.

May God bless Simon, Samantha and their families with reconciling grace to His will and the sweet knowledge that this is just a temporary “farewell”. Derek is right now, in heaven’s immortal glory and basking in a Saviors love. Love you all.
