Charles Edward Wegwert

Charles E. Wegwert, 82, passed away August 10, 2012. Per his wishes, there will not be a funeral or public service. A rosary will be held in his memory on Friday, August 17th, 2012 at 6:00pm at St. Mary’s Church in Bremond, TX. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to:

Charles was born July 28, 1930 in Houston TX, to Victor & Theresa Wegwert. He married Terry J. (Robinson) Wegwert August 12, 1965. He honorably served 6 years in the US Army and was a paratrooper during the Korean War Era. He moved his family to Robertson County in 1970, supported the community as a business owner for over 35 years, and served as Constable for Robertson County for 16 years.

He is survived by his wife Terry J. Wegwert, daughter Victoria A. Wegwert and beloved poodle, Tuffy.
