Charles David Smith, 73, of Bryan, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011, at his residence. Charles was born OCtober 17, 1937, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was a veteran of the US Military. Charles is survived by his son, Charles Andrew Smith, and his daughter, Gala Flores. At this time, no services have been planned.
