  1. Colette, Coryn, Brian, Shannon, Guy and Rita, words cannot begin to express my sadness for what this time must be like for all of you. I will choose to remember Brent as the funny, adventurous, boy that I knew as a child and into adulthood. Depression and anxiety does take a toll on a person, and I pray that he is now at peace in the arms of God, and soaring on the wings of eagles. James and I will be unable to make the service on Saturday since we are leaving for Rome that morning, but please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

  2. Shepard me my Lord beyond my wants, beyond my fears, from death into life.
Colette, our prayers are with you, Coryn and the family. We will miss Brent’s smiling face as we know you will too. God bless you and Coryn and may the Lord give you strength to bear this burden. Above all, may He grant you the grace to accept His holy will.

  3. Clolette my thoughts and prayers are with you, Coryn, and all the Abbey family. I can only imagine what you are going through and I wish I could be there to offer my prayers with yours on Saturday. But God is a good God and doesn’t just take you to a time like this. He will also take you through it so lean on Him and know that all of us who love you are holding you and Coryn in our hearts and prayers.

  4. Guy, Rita, Colette, Coryn, Brian and Shannon, we cannot imagine what a terrible time this is for you. I don’t have words to express how very sad this is. We did not know Brent well, but just knowing his parents he had to be a wonderful man. He will be missed. Knowing he is safe in arms, we pray that the Lord will extend mercy to all who loved him.

  5. I did not know Brent…… Your son, husband, father but my son Taylor worked with Brent. He and his wife had nothing but kind words.
My heart breaks for your family for the pain he and your family are going through. I pray for peace and comfort at this time and know he is in God’s hand. Brett had a servants heart and gave his life for others.
    Praying for peace!

  6. So so sorry for your loss. I worked with Brent at College Station Med ER and he was always such a pleasure to visit with. I loved visiting with him about his writing. I cannot begin to say that I know what you are feeling, but I am praying that God will give you comfort in this terribly dark time. Praying for the whole family.

  7. Knew Brent as “Dennis the Mennis” and he could always make me laugh. Watched him grow up and was always so proud of him, my prayers go out to him and his family, for he is with his Lord now. God Bless, Rita and Guy, love you. W.O.
