Nancy Thomas

Nancy D. Thomas, 80, of Bryan, formerly of Georgetown, Texas, passed away Monday, March 26, 2018. A Celebration of Life service is set for 2pm Thursday, April 5, 2018 at The Worship Place in Georgetown, Texas, 811 Sun City Blvd. Cremation services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers of Bryan College Station.

Nancy was born June 6, 1937 in Ashland, Ohio, to Shelby and Olive Edwards. She attended Sam Houston State University and graduated from Ashland College with a degree in elementary education. Nancy and Travis raised their family in Euless, Texas where Nancy had a successful career in real estate, helping many families find their dream home in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Nancy was also an avid bridge player and greatly enjoyed the challenges of a good game as well as the social aspects of her various “bridge groups”.

She was preceded in death by all her ten siblings and her parents.

Survivors include her loving husband Travis Thomas; daughter, Tammie Kilpatrick and husband Don; son, Travis Thomas and wife Susan; and four grandchildren, Ryan Kilpatrick, Mackenzie Thomas, Travis Thomas II and Jake Thomas.

    Nancy was such a wonderful friend and Aggie fan! I will always cherish the many football games
    we experienced together during the last 10 years. I also enjoyed the times we spent together

  6. I have such memories of spending summers in Ashland with Aunt Nancy. She was just twelve years older than me and we had such fun. Blessings to all of you as you mourn her loss.
