Maghan Williams Graff of Hearne, formerly of Bryan, Texas, passed away on Sunday February 18, 2018 at her home. A time of visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Callaway-Jones Funeral Center, 3001 S College Ave in Bryan. Maghan’s life will be honored and celebrated at 11 am Wednesday, February 21, at Callaway-Jones Funeral Center with interment immediately following at Wheelock Cemetery.

Maghan was born in Lufkin, Texas, on July 27, 1979, to Richard Ray Williams and Charlene Maass. She graduated from Bryan High School in 1997. Maghan enrolled in Charles and Sue’s School of Hair Design and received her Cosmetology license in 1999. Maghan went on to open her own salon, Allure Salon, in 2005.

Maghan married the love of her life William “Billy” Graff on December 31, 2013. They were two souls in search of one another and their souls will be forever bonded.

Maghan loved being a wife, a mom to her furry kids; Lucky, Simon and Milo. She took pride in her home and enjoyed gardening, decorating, cooking and crafts. She was an innovator when it came to fashion and through her work as a hairstylist and business owner. She loved music and anything adventurous. Maghan was a best friend to so many. She loved hard, honest, and true. She will be forever remembered by the spark she carried and her light will forever shine through.

Maghan was preceded in death by her father Richard Ray Williams, her paternal grandmother and grandfather Lillian Pearl and Donald Eugene Williams, as well as her maternal grandmother Wilma Alene Sparks.

Maghan is survived by her husband, William Graff; mother, Charlene Maass and husband Fred; sister, Christi Macias and husband Frankie; nephews, Clayton, Colton and John Macias; aunt, Twyla Yeager and husband Tim; uncle Ronnie Williams and wife Diane, and uncle Sid Williams and wife Ava; maternal grandfather, Norman Sparks; stepmother, Ginger Williams; as well as numerous cousins.

The family would like to thank Dr. Fleener and her staff at the Cancer Clinic. Maghan had a special bond with everyone there and we know their love for her was strong and deep.

  6. The cross that was once a murder weapon became our salvation and the resurrection changed everything about death. Jesus experienced a long and difficult day and felt as though God had left him. All this was part of God’s great treasure of grace. Jesus died, but was not abandoned, because the Father knew What he was doing. Jesus died calm and victorious so we may one day die calm and victorious too. Our earthly bodies are planted in the ground when we die, but they will be raised to live forever. Our bodies are buried on brokenness but they will be raised in glory. They are buried in weakness but they will be raised in strength. 1 Corinthians 15:42-43. How I will miss you my sweet friend! You are at peace. Love Bj Harp
