Jessica Chavira, 31, of Bryan, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018, in Bryan. A visitation is scheduled from 10am to 12pm, on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at Callaway-Jones Funeral Center. A graveside service will begin at 1:30pm at Bryan City Cemetery. Life Tribute Services are in the care of Callaway-Jones Funeral and Cremation Centers Bryan-College Station.
Jessica was born on July 10, 1986, in Bryan to her parents, the late, Phillip Ray Blocker and Sandra Arrington. She is the mother of four children whom she adored Jose, Isbella, Emily and Luis. Jessica enjoyed her banking career serving her many customers as a teller. She greeted everyone with her kind personality and a smile.
Her father, Philip, and brother, Jeremy Ray Blocker both preceded her in death.
Her husband, Octavio Hernandez; their children Jose Pablo Chavira, Isbella Hernandez, Emily Hernandez, Luis Antonio Hernandez; her mother Sandra Lawson; sister Danielle Lynn Blocker and fiancé Bobby Alan Benavides; aunt and uncle Terrell and Terry Arrington; and other relatives survive Jessica.

Jessica, even though I didn’t know you long it seemed like a lifetime, you were the most loving and caring person. This hurts my heart to know you are no longer with us but I know you are in a better place. My heart goes out to your kids and your family. Jessica, we were friends in high school and you were the sweetest, funniest girl. I regret losing touch and not staying friends. Rest with God sweet lady.
