Jason Archer


Jason Archer, 36, went to be with the Lord on April 25, 2018.

Jason was born on March 14, 1982 to Ricky Archer and Rhonda Gail Lethco Archer in Bryan, TX.

A time for family to receive friends will be from 5:00-8:00 pm on Saturday April 28th at Callaway Jones Funeral Center, 3001 S College Avenue, Bryan, TX 77801. Services will be held graveside at 2:00 pm on Sunday April 29th at Steep Hollow Cemetery, 7231 Steep Hollow Rd., Bryan, TX 77808. Certified Life Celebrant Dawn Lee Wakefield will officiate.

He is preceded in death by his mother Rhonda Gail Lethco Archer; “Papaw” Ray Brooks Archer and “Mamaw” Dena May Archer; and “Memaw” Nellie Ruth Cosper Letcho and “Papaw” F.M. Lethco.

Jason leaves behind his wife, Katee Archer, and son Kolby; father, Ricky Archer; brother, Wesley Archer and wife Leanne; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and lifelong best friends Ash Bond, Charlie Keels, Cody Dick, and Josh Bishop.

Jason was beloved by so many and will always be remembered as a charismatic, fun-loving guy who could make anyone laugh and make every situation fun. Jason’s heart of gold and way of caring for those around him will be missed and forever cherished by all.

  15. It’s been a long time since we were all running around the woods and creeks of Copperfield but of the many memories there are none involving Jason that aren’t good. It’s hard to imagine he won’t be out there completing more great projects in town with Ricky and Wes. Our sincerest condolences to all those that loved Jason.

  18. Very sad to hear this and my thoughts are with his family and friends. Jason will always be remembered; he left his mark on all of us. I’m not sure of all the projects he was involved in, but my house was one of them. May all of you find peace.
